Where do new morphs come from?

The ocean! But, often times I hear some people say, "Only a few of these were imported and I snagged a few" So, how do these everyday people get in on these? I am sure they cost a pretty penny. But how does someone who is not a wholesaler get "new" stuff?

Some Zoas morph in ur tank. Zoas color change often and sometime itll end up lookin like a whole new zoa
