Are you referring to the large black Rubbermaid tub ? If so most livestock stores carry these , like Tractor Supply .

If you are referring to the white thing with legs it is a hydroponics grow table . I have one that I use for a frag tank and love it .

It's a table used for hydroponics . BRS use to sell them , not sure if the still do .

Most online hydroponics stores will have them and depending on where you live there may be some local shops that specialize in hydropoinc plants .
