Where/how to buy Interceptor?

Any one know where or how I can get the Interceptor meds described on Melevsreef? Every where I find I need a script from a vet to get it. I’m trying to zap some amphipods in a tank that’s too crowed for a wrasse or mandarin. And they are making my Zoas disappear QUICK!

Thanks but with that link you have to have it prescribed by a vet. I was able to find some on eBay tho.

I’m using it to zap some amphipods dead! Too many and murdering my Zoas.

If you ask your vet and explain where you use it for they will sell it to you or give you a prescription for it.
If he/she doesn't look for a different vet.

Its illigal to sell those without prescription and you get a big fine or jail time if you get caught. You have to find a vet in your area that is willing to write you a prescription. Just explain to them your purpose of using. Its a plus if you show them the article of the treatment of aquarium using interceptor. Your second option is find a friend or someone with big dog and seee if they can get one for you.

Please do some research before you do the treatment. Interceptor will kill almost all invert, pods in your system.

Any other advice? I have amphipods eating my Zoas quick. CAnt spot any other pests crawling on them over days and days of checking at night. Only thing I ever see on them is amphipods. Tank is already at max capacity or I’d get a wrasse.

Only have 1hermit. So I can pull him out. From what I read it won’t affect my bta or fish.

Use a scooter or wrasse, they will go after them

Are you sure pod is the main cause for the zoa?

I ordered some from overseas pet supply... downundah, mate. It took a week but got here.

I use it a bunch in my frag tanks for red bugs and it never gets all of the pods... some, but not all of them.
