Where is the decimal point in salifert test kit?

According to @Randy Holmes-Farley the recommendation for nitrates is <0.2 and NSW is <0.1

What does my nitrate salifert test kit show that 0.1?

For example: if I get a result of 2 (the smallest detectable) is that 2.0 or .2 or .02?
 
Or the 10 for example. Where is the decimal places? 10. sounds much higher than <0.1

Am I misinterpreting these decimal places?

Please look at table 2. It shows a completely different level than 5-10ppm.

I want to keep my nitrates at sea level.
 
I reread the salifert instructions carefully. It appears I’ve been using the ultra low range the entire time. My nitrates are 0.5ppm.
