Where is Zoa ID forum?

I am trying to follow the rules. I can't find the Zoa ID forum and the link in the post says not found. I have a question. Where do I post it?

Posting id questions is allowed now. We combined the id forum with this one, but overlooked that 'rule'. The rule is removed now. Please feel free to post your question in the zoa forum.
