Where should I get my new RO/DI

So Im looking at getting a new RO/DI. I need at the very least 100gpd output, 150 would prob be better. There seem to be a lot more options out there than when I bought my first unit.

When you suggest one please put a little bit about why you think they are the best, I'll prob have this thing for 10 years....

So these to have somewhat different goals. I like the micro-processor on the aquafx because it flushes your membrane before and after use to make everything last longer

The Air water & ice unit is going to put out a large amount of product and will be super clean

BRS build your own RO/DI is what I use. 5 stage with TDS and float switch kit. Best investment for the tank ever.

No other vendor treats and tests all their RO membranes, usues the more efficient absolute rated sediment filters rather than less exensive nominal rated filters or custom blends every ounce of their DI resins in house for maximum performance.

There is a difference.

If you want a true microprocessor controlled system take a look at their MaxCap UHE. Others such as FX have tried to imitate what Spectrapure has done but they all failed to use stored DI water for the flushing which is the most important piece of the puzzle. The others all flush with tap water. When you do a final double flush with DI andstore the membrane in DI while it is off line you do not experience TDS creep on start up or have creep issues and short DI life. I have had one for 4 years now and it has more than paid for itself.
