Where should I put my plating montipora?

Hi reefers!

I have a 25gal nano tank that I just recently moved to another room a few weeks ago. After the move my nitrates dropped a little but are steadily rising again and all seems well… in fact maybe the best this tank has ever looked!!

I have a red plating montipora that was thriving but is slowly losing its colour. It’s always been at the bottom of the tank as my last one near the top unfortunately bleached and didn’t do too well. This one is now slowly losing its colour (I know could be down to nitrates but it seems to have been a little unhappy even before the move so I don’t think that’s the only factor.) I have attached a photo of my tank and want to know where you would place this coral?

I had an ammonia spike with this tank a year ago so you can see I only have a few frags back in the tank now so can place the monti anywhere!

Most folks put them down low to prevent them from shading other coral. When I kept them in my 180 I had them up high under 400ish par and they thrived. PO4 was 0.2 - 0.4 a NO3 15-20 alk 8.5ish dkh. Mine grew so large I would probably not put them in a smaller tank unless I wasn't planning many other coral. This is half of a 72x24x24" tank

At the bottom corner like that I imagine it has low flow and low light, but it needs high light and high flow. And like other sps they need stable parameters.
