I am setting up a 120g Oceanic Tech. I am looking for a 40 to 60gal sump w/ refugium. Anyone know where i can find a good deal, or quality sumps.

The best thing to do is to make your own out of an aquarium and make acrylic baffles to divide your skimmer, fuge, and pumps. by using 3 baffles you should be able to keep most air bubbles out of tank. there are plenty of threads here to help you come up with a design that will suit your needs. It's much cheaper to build your own, and you can design it to suit your needs.

good advice to build your own, but you cannot bond acrylic to glass. you can silicone it in, but over time the silicone will peel from the acylic and your baffles will come loose.

if you use a glass aquarium, use glass baffles. if an acrylic aquarium, use acrylic baffles.

otherwise, you can have glasscages.com build you a sump to your specs. ime customer service isn't up to par, but you only have to deal with that once. i believe they will ship acrylic sumps via ups.

cheers,
ben

make you own using plastic storage container from walmart. a 30g container is like $10 or so.

don't want to build one.

I would much rather buy one. Anyone have a brand or website to suggest. This is the only thing i have left to buy to set up my 120g

have you looked into the oceanic sumps? and premium aquatics has the trigger system sumps for 10% off and free shipping this week.

+1 there, go to your LFS and pick up a 40 breader, or a a 50/60 tank. take that tank ton one of your glass company, pick up some precut pieces of place , 10"X?? and some silicone from HD GE I or I, i forget would have to look, windows and doors 100% silicone then just spend a couple hours glueing them in. its real easy and take 24 hour for the silicone to cure.

I would build you an acrylic sump but the shipping would be rather expensive I believe...
