So this is the first time we've needed to know this: where does one buy replacement bulkheads? Do they need to be ordered or can they be gotten at Home Depot or somewhere? We're looking at replacing the stuck bulkhead on the tank and some pvc too, and most definitely need some experience over here to tell us what we're doing!

I have been able to find MOST of my plumbing needs at HD (PVC fittings and such), but at my store they do not carry bulkheads. Might be my HD though. You can order them through BRS and DFS for starters, but there are alot of aquarium supply stores that have them. You might also give your LFS a call if you need immediately.

Make sure you clean the surface where the old bulkhead was REALLY well. Water has a way of getting around stuff!

Thanks for the tip Tabasco1! We probably wouldn't have done that had you not said.

Tina, I doubt you are going to be able to find anything locally. I would go ahead and order them online.

I know AC has some. Call them.

Dennis found one sitting around here. I guess we're ok. You know, I've heard mixed reviews of glasscages, but it seems to be more and more it might be not following care instructions. I've been asking tons of questions anytime glasscages is mentioned trying to figure out why some love them some hate them and so far that's my theory.
