Anyone have suggestions for who to buy an internal overflow from? Wanting to buy a 120 but I won’t have space behind the tank for an external one. Looking for something large enough to have 3 drains and a return behind the overflow.

Why not buy a piece of 1/4” acrylic and make one? I bought mine off Amazon. Put a relief cut into where I wanted to bend it and used a heat gun.
attaches well with aquarium safe silicon.

I might have to. I’m not worried about doing it as much as having it come out nice with all the teeth that would need to be cut. The lack of options makes me think I should look for a slightly thinner tank so I can install an external overflow.

If you have a router you can make something similar to a box joint jig and a fence as a stop to keep spacing and depth the same.
basically a block with a piece of wood attached like an indexer. You can also do this on a table saw.

Get some acrylic like 1/4" thick and cut to your desired size. Use an acrylic glue to bond the pieces together. Either have a shop or use the above described methods put the teeth in.

Alternatively reach out to a vendor. Melev reef may build one for you if you ask. Ask tank builders. They all have the skills/tools

If you're not wanting anything too fancy, just buy a piece of acrylic and do the corner style overflow. If you want something on the center you will probably need to get it custom made.
