Where i can buy peppermint shrimp that are coral safe, and eat aiptasia small ones? I bought some from algaebarn and they vanished they came so tiny. Who sells decent sized ones

Outside of your LFS try reef cleaners.

P.S. don't you have a wrasse? If so depending on variety of wrasse, those shrimp are a expensive food.

He didnt touch them. I have a red line wrasse. But he didnt bother tjem at all. But i also dont see them today. So heres that. Haha. Idk what to do anymore with aiptasia man cant do f aiptasia cant reach the corners

It's hit or miss with peppermint shrimp. I still have one in my display that I can't catch. He doesn't eat Aptasia, but he does eat Berghia Slugs. Ugghhh!!!

Halichoeres wrasses (which the 'red line' is) will go after shrimp, especially if small. You more than likely didn't see it happen, but I'm imagining they are now food.

Aiptasia going to be the end of me

My tank is 4 months old. lPS dominant tank. I have aiptasia going on killing me. I cant even keep up with F aiptasia. I have a red like wrass. Trried to pur a nudi in the display, and he immediately picked on it, ate it. Any idea how to control the aiptasia? Im tired of F aiptasia. I see them...

I checked the thread one by one and the only warn comment was by yourself. I wouldnt add that to “others” no offence. Also everybody else recommended peppermint shrimp

peppermint shrimp are good at hiding. Good chance they would be hiding during the day coming out at night time.
