Where can I order saltwater fish and be able to pick male or female?

I'm looking for a male and female
Ocellaris Clownfish and a male and female cardinal fish

If you put two clownfish in a tank, their genders won't matter as the more aggressive one will be a female and the more submissive clown will be a male

Any LFS by you? They can usually order them specifically. Otherwise, as stated above, two young clowns with figure out themselves which will be female. The cardinals, not sure about. I would guess they are protogynous so will change to male as they age and decide heirarchy.
You can always try contacting a site you want to get them from.

To get a M&F clown you are probably best to purchase them as a bonded pair otherwise you get a big one and a small one and hope they bond. Clowns are all born males. Not sure on how you sex a cardinal fish (Banggai?). If it the Banggai the female courts the male so a proven pair would be one way.

Only one LFS near me that carries saltwater fish and they don't have a huge selection

Have you asked if they can order for you? Then get the fish before they hit the store tanks? Also, find out who their suppliers are because that can help make decisions.

Clowns can change from male to female and they are all born male. If you get two young ones, the dominant one becomes the female.

I have requested and received specific sex from reefbeauties.com, but it was for easy to sex fish (mandarin dragonets and orange spotted filefish). I believe banggai cardinals are difficult to sex accurately.
