I'd get it from a reputable seller as I've heard of a bunch of people buying strawberry wines passed off as space monsters. The space monsters are look nicer and grow faster.

$30 pp isn't bad at all! Telling the difference between Space Monsters and Strawberry Wine is where I might have some trouble

Notice the blotcheds of pink/black are alot bigger in the Spacemonster,the pattern is also blotchy unlike the Wine's...hope that helps,there is a thread on here, Spacemonster vs. Strawberry Wines I belive.

Keep up with your fellow reefers on the many forum market places. There has been at least 2 ads on the Reef2Reef MarketPlace for Space Monsters since July 1st at $30 per polyp or so. One was for a 2 polyp frag for $65.

They are around for sure. If you can't find one through a retailer, post a thread in the "Want to buy" forum.....a good number of R2R'ers have them. Asking for lineage, pics, dealing with those with good feedback will help you get the REAL ones.
