Where to get Acriflavine?

I believe Ruby reef has acriflavine. The question would be 'why'? BTW - the reason is - I don't see any reason to use it - and it's a potential carcinogen. Just as many people avoid formaldehyde (mistakenly IMHO) - acriflavine would fall into the same category

EDIT - it's more of a powder thing with acriflavine - as compared to skin for example - to my understanding.
