Where to get Chloroquine Phosphate powder

I placed a refill order with Diamondback drugs for Chloroquine Phosphate powder. See below for the response I got when I contacted them after not receiving my order for over a month. So before I talk with my vet regarding an alternative (which he most likely won't know as I had to educate him on fish disease treatment in the first place) I'd appreciate some input on what this means and what my options would be for staying with CP protocol. I'm assuming that compounding a scoop powder means they will only have CP in pill form which I don't like using. Is there another pharmacy or vendor that can be recommended as 99% pure?

I apologize you haven't received any response from us. It doesn't appear we received your last two emails. We did receive your refill request, however, we are no longer compounding a scoop powder. A pharmacist contacted your vet to discuss a possible alternative but had to leave a message. It doesn't appear we received a response back. I recommend you contact your vet's office to help expedite their response.

Thank You. I did see this on another thread here from a year or so ago. I believe it was tested at 96% pure by @Humblefish. I wonder if this is still the case? I was hoping maybe there was another source for something closer to 99% pure. I have a very good relationship with my vet so a script is not a problem.
