Hi guys! At the moment I have a 75 gallon tank. I had a external overflow on it (didn't work well had many floods). Now I am looking for a reef ready tank. Also I can't drill the one I have. I already have the stand that I would like to keep (48x18"), and just get a new reef ready tank (low iron). I am trying to keep the budget under $500 so if anyone has ideas post it! Also I live in the Dallas area so if there any locals that have ideas. Thanks!

You can get a 75 reef ready with overflow, bulkheads, and low iron front and side panels for $468:)

Sorry I forgot to add that is from glasscages

Deep Blue has a 75 rimless reef ready with starfire front for just under 500. Talk to a LFS who can get it on freight so you don't pay shipping.

I looked it up and see it from fish tanks direct for 579$. Where do you see it?

Fish tank direct is going to be the most expensive route for a Deep Blue tank. Go into a local fish store and ask for a price.

Thanks I called my lfs and they are going to get back to me with some quotes. They said that they had another brand that they prefer that's cheaper and just as good so I'm hoping for some good prices!

That's what im setting up now, walked into my LFS for him to order me one and he had one sitting on the show room floor . He ordered it for someone who backed out and I picked it up for $380. Was my lucky day!

It was meant to be!

I am calling every store that sells tanks in a 10 mile radius asking for quotes [emoji23]. Anyone know if I can get quotes like this from petsmart or perco? I know some people may not like this but I am just trying to find the cheapest option

What prices have you been quoted Matt? I can try and tell you if thats reasonable / ballpark. I doubt Petsmart or Petco will quote it for you, but they may have the ability since the distributor that owns Deep Blue also does business with big box.

One Lfs said that it would be $600. Other store couldn't do it bc of it is Saturday and they couldn't call their suppliers to get prices and then the others are looking at it.
