Where to get the dosing cap?

The bottles I buy come with a cap ready to dose, you just Cut off the tip and attach a length of air hose on the inside to reach bottom of bottle.

Or drill a hole in the cap. Then you can leave the dosing hose through the cap and only change the bottle when it’s time...
