Where can i get thr tubing to replace the black tiny diameter feed tubing? Link to amazon ?

Through the Neptune website. I looked for others and not sold on proper diameter for the unit.
Neptune sells an actual kit with both lines, a new valve and manifold but other company was : https://www.glassaquaticsonline.com/apex-trident-sample-line-tubing-black-neptune-syst.html
