+1 on Sustainable Aquatics. I have a pair of their clowns I got at my LFS, very healthy and beautiful fish.

Also check clownfish depot, I believe his FB page has a link so you can see vids and pics of what he has.
I ordered a DaVinci and Black Ice clown through Cultivated Reef. They were extremely helpful, especially Holly! She even sent a few pictures to help me choose my fish! When I upgrade tanks I will absolutely order through them again.

Depends, do you care about patterning, cost, or lack of deformities the most?
Most of the smaller breeders focus on patterning with smaller deformities but overall good genes, can be expensive but they look insanely cool.
Larger breeders usually have the most deformities, and aren't the best for breeding, but they're cheap.
Wild caught/F1 clowns will have the least deformities but likely won't be designer and WC are a pain to QT.
It should be noted that these are just generalizations.
