Where to put dosing lines in the sump?

Hi everyone, I am setting my doser up for the Triton Method. I am not using filter socks. From everything I read most people run them in the return section and I had them there on my last setup and can do it but I would like to run them in the return section from the overflow before the Refugium. Just easier dose anyone see where that will be a problem.

Shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks I couldn't think of one other than the refugium and skimmer after them but the return flow right there is over 500 GPH so they should mix real good.

Would the significant rise in alkalinity in a small place be an issue for pods in your refugium? Or could any of your dose get removed by your skimmer?

those would be my worries though I’m sure people here will know the answer.

Dosing shouldn't be making large adjustments and the water flow should be quite high there.
