where to put pellet reactor in sump

Has the pellet reactor got to go in the same chamber as the skimmer" and reactor outlet placed near skimmer inlet ? or ok in next chamber after skimmer

I was just reading about this. The ideal placement is done to assure that the effluent from the reactor is skimmed due to the increased bacteria population the reactor is producing. I am planning to place both in the same chamber.
