Wheres the mushroom?

I added a green yuma mushroom, and i cant figure out wheres the head or the body of that mushroom lol.

any idea whats going on with it? I understand its being dipped, stressed and added to a new environment. Wheres the mushroom?

1359 mag, alk 8.0, calcium 430. Ph 8.1. Temp 78F. I added the mushroom today though. Probably stressez? And i used coral RX.

Do u have the nitrates and phosphates?? Also until it acclimates you might want to move him to a corner with lower lights .

Its sand level. And nitrate 12. And phosphate 0.19
