Good or bad? Worm like creature

Common bristle worm.
personally, i hate them and get rid of all of them, but they are usually just scavengers. They have been known to eat things like corals and anemones. The question usually is did the worm kill the coral and eat it, or did the worm just eat a already-dead decomposing coral. That one is medium sized. They get absolutely massive.

Don’t try to touch it of pick it up with your hand! Those spikes hurt and break off in your skin.

Usually a good part of the CUC but those bristles are like fiberglass in your finger (probably more like those little tiny stickers from a cactus) but can feel like a bee sting depending on species. I like them, most people don't. Some wrasse species and Dottybacks will eat them.

What he said, just don't touch. That's a Bristle Worm and ok.

This was in my filter sock last week and is a different story. Its a fire worm.
Just cleaning the empty sock out lit may hand on fire for about a half hour. Gloves are your friend.
