This is a two part question. I'm looking for suggested supplements for improved color and polyp extension. I realize there is not one additive that does both.

Bump... I'm sure we can find some online tonight that use coral additives successfully!

Thanks for the bump. I picked up a bottle of amino acids at my LFS. I don't know what benefit I'll get from this but I understand increased growth and color are possible. Polyp extension is still a question.

The three I trust the most are :
Polyp Lab Xtender
TLF Acropower
Korallen Zucht coral booster

I've used Brightwell koral kolor in conjunction with brightwell coral aminos, brightwell zooplanktos-s, reef nutrition live phyto, and just a very little bit of reef roids. Not all at once, of course. I keep a rotation.

all I use for massive polyp extension and huge growth

bright lighting
Oyster feast
Phytoplankton
Zooplankton
That’s it, trying to mimic the real reef water as much as possible. Used to do. Aminos but got too much algae. Oh and I feed food with spirulina algae!

I make my own food for the fish and coral as well. I use spirulina in it as well.

The three I trust the most are :
Polyp Lab Xtender
TLF Acropower
Korallen Zucht coral booster
I had picked up some TLF Acropower and still not seeing a difference. It looks like the Korallen Zucht booster has a short term effect. I'm hoping for more of a systemic additive. Maybe the polyplab is worth a look.

I'm dosing 1ml each of Easy Reef's "EasySPS" and "SPS Booster" 8 times a day on dosing pumps. Have pretty good PE most of the time but seems right after dosing they get a little more extended.

I think strong random flow has alot to do with getting good PE as well.

Also do 4ml daily of KZ Flatworm Stopper and Coral Booster once a day for preventative measures.

I've been using AquaVitro's Fuel recently, and have had good results. A buddy from work started using it about a year ago and swears by it. I'd recommend it, at least to try it.

Reef roids , they contain zooplankton you literally see a coral bright up after spot feeding it but it also increases phosphate a good amount lol
