There's so many different choices on bulk reef supply. I was wondering which to get for a reef tank. Do I need both chlorine and chloramine filters or can I get away with just a stage 4?

Really new to all of this. Thanks!

I just picked up the brs stage 6. So far liking it, did my first water change with RO/DI last night. I am also filling my ATO container so I picked up an extra float switch. Ordered an additional TDS meter so I could test incoming tds, should be here Friday. But my out going TDS is 0, yay.

Take a look at Spectrapure, Buckeye Hydro and PurelyH2o. You get a lot more for your money, especially with Spectrapure. BRS has great chemicals but their RO is average at best.

You will most likely be fine with 4 stage. Are you on city water? Your water company will have slightly confusing PDF on their site. Or you can just call and ask if they use chlorimines. I love BRS but I'd get a referbished spectrapure

Your city water treatment process will determine if you need to buy a system to remove chloramines or not.

If you time it right, you can save 10% plus free shipping and a great warranty.
