Which bulbs with leds

From reading posts on. Numerous forums I am aware that some folks supplement their leds with T5’s.

I have 2 questions
1. WhiCh bulbs do you use?
2. How do you run them? All day or only 3-4 hours during peak?

Thinking about this on my current build.

I built a hybrid fixture with 2 Hydra 26's and 4 36" T5's. Currently I run 3 ATI Blue+ and one ATI True Actinic, the actic and 1 Blue+ come on for 5 hours the 2 Blue+ come one for 5 hours a hour later than the first 2. My LEDs Ramp for 4 Peak for 4 hours at 85% which the T5's overlap and ramp back down for 4hrs.
