Either find a masterflex or buy the new kamoer peristaltic pump. I'm a masterflex guy, so that would be my choice, but it's not the cheapest. The brushless versions are more and are very quiet, but the other models will work if it's located away from the tank in a fish room? I pull with the masterflex on my Geo 618.

Most are run externally, not in sump as far as I know.
You can run them on their own but are better off with a pump to pull water through the system.
A Masterflex ($) or Kamoer dosing pump do this @ variable speeds.
Makes life a lot easier.

I buy / install a lot of very nice dual stage regulators from Victor, Air Gas, Linde, etc for work for use in medical gas and high purity piping applications.

What are the major benefits of a dual stage reg assembly vs plant life single stage reg? What makes Alan Le’s dual stage different? Could you forward me his contact info and any links I could read up on them?

Alanle’s contact information can be found in page 54, post #1348 on the big regulator build thread on RC. He is extremely helpful and very respomsive to the questions I had with my 2 regulator builds.
