Which combination of ati t5?

I have a 75 gallon tank. Right now I have a 6 bulb t-5 grow fixture about 4" over the tank. Wanting to get more corals. I like the ati bulbs, and found a video. It had several combinations that it showed of the bulbs. I personally like #7. I could not find the bulb combination of this setup.
Ati also put out a chart with different bulb combination to multiple bulb fixtures. (4,6,8,10) and had three different light setting, but no pictures.

Any ideas?

I would personally do half CP and half BP. I like the tank a bit whiter, though.

You're probably referring to this video;


#7 is a combination of one coral plus and one purple plus. He doesn't mention it in that video but I recall reading elsewhere it was a four bulb fixture and all the combos were alongside two blue plus. So that combo was;

Two blue
One coral
One purple

In a six bulb I would add one more blue and coral to make it pretty darn close.

Yeah... People really like the Purple Plus. I didn't like that much when I tried in the past.
I actually had it for like a month or 2 before I happily replaced with a Blue Plus.
One bulb that I also didn't like at all at first and I'm trying again now is the True Actinic. Has been about 9 months since I started using it and I see some advantages to the health of my zoas with that bulb. I have been changing my mind in regards to the True Actinic. My review is the only bad review about that bulb. LOL! That made me reconsider and try again. It's just like some music, I guess... you'll need to hear more to accept it and sometimes you'll ending up loving it... We'll see.
But the Purple Plus I still don't like much... I don't like the purple tint and I don't see anything to add to the polyps' health.
Way too much red for my taste.
Best ATI bulbs to me are Blue Plus and Coral Plus.
We're all different!
Good thing is that you can choose any T5 reef bulbs and with the proper spectrum/adaptation for your corals it will most likely work without any problems.

I would say probably 3 B+,2 Actinic and 1 C+ or 3 B+,1 Actinic 2 C+ depending on what color your looking for.

I personally I ran 2 B+ and 2 Actinic.

In my 40gallon breeder I have 3 blue + and 1 coral plus
Here's a picture of it edited to look very close to what it looks like in person, you notice right away the strong blue but that coral plus makes it possible to see the reds,green,yellow, purple and pink colors. I'm pretty happy with the look.i guess if you have 6 bulbs to get my look you could use 2 coral plus and 4 blue plus and don't forget placement of the bulbs changes the look of the tank too.

Yes this is the video. I like #7. So three blue+, two coral plus and one purple plus. Excellent. I was thinking something close to that.

I like what you have in the tank. To me, this is too blue. Probably 30-60 down in the ocean where a lot of this stuff live, that's the correct color. I guess I like a little whiter light.

I do like a whiter light, than some of the heavy blues I'm seeing. Of course, it could be camera setting too. What I have are the Coralife Actinic x 3 and the Coral plus *3. I heard the Ati's are better.

I use coral plus and radions. I love my color. The t5 coral plus grow the corals exponentially and the radions give me my sunrise/set and blue corals for better viewing... but still looks like normal light. Will show picks when lights come on.

Best thing to do is order several bulbs and try combinations. In general, I think an ATI blue plus bulb is a good core bulb, and the coral plus is a good core / full spectrum bulb that is a whiter. Blue plus alternating with coral plus is a popular combination. I like a bluer look, so I would typically use 2 or 3 blue plus bulbs for every coral plus bulb. I'm not a huge fan of the purple plus bulb as i dont think it's needed if I use a coral plus bulb, but it would be okay as one bulb in a 6 bulb or 8 bulb setup. And you could maybe add an actinic bulb if you want more "pop" although I think the blue plus provides plenty of pop already.
