I have been spot feeding my corals reef roids but some of them don’t seem to like it. My sunset monti, in particular, seems to almost be damaged from it. I’ve stopped feeding that one and wanted to see if I should feed my corals or not. here’s my list:

pink Goniopora (seems indifferent)
Trumpet coral (seems indifferent)
Duncan (seems to love it)
Zoas (seem indifferent)
Acan (new, haven’t tried feeding)
Hammer (seems indifferent )
Red Stylo (seems indifferent)
Sinularia or capnella (new, haven’t tried feeding)
Open brain (seems to love it)
Mushrooms (indifferent)
Brain coral (sometimes seems to like other times seems to hate it)
Sunset monti (seems to hate it)

You need to Google each coral and look for a "non-photosynthetic" classification.

Photosynthetic coral can thrive just on fish poop
