Which do you use, round frag discs or square frag tiles?

Curious minds want to know, what is your preference, round frag discs or square frag tiles?
What size do you like to use and why?
Do you have a brand/material preference?

I use the round ones from BRS. They work. Glue sticks to them and you can easily cut off the bottom if needed. And they don't crumble easily like some of the ones I've gotten that were already attached to corals I've purchased.

I use very small round ones, the square ones can look a bit weird when corals encrust over them.

I think the 3 inch squares do provide a stable platform if you place them directly on the sand.
