Which Epoxy product for for fish room floor?

I'm building my fish room in my basement in and unfinished room so its bare concrete. I'd like to put down epoxy to not only protect the concrete from the salt water that will come from spills but also to look good.

I've never used any epoxy before so i'm not sure what would be best.

At first I was going to use this but after reading reviews it might not be strong enough for salt water spills.

Then the garage version warns about not putting inside anywhere because of fumes.

I only need to cover about 80sq feet so I don't need a use kit. What would everyone suggest?

I like the garage one. Add the flakes to it. Fumes will go away after it dries.

If you have a vent fan in the fish room you could help drive the fumes out for the garage stuff.

Most true epoxy flooring will be very strong.

I have had both the crap oleum and pro level epoxy floors. The professional level is waayyyyy nicer.

I think POR15 makes a coating.

I used this. It has a primer that sticks to the concrete and the gray coat sticks to it. As long as the floor is cleaned with a degreaser and not bleeding moisture it will work. By having primer you will not need to acid etch the floor.

To do it right your gonna have to grind floor or acid etch and let dry out for a couple days. Use only 100% solids epoxy. If you want it textured you could broadcast Quartz sand or flakes into it and top coat with clear epoxy.
