which fish should I get

my dad has a 300g tank with a yellow tang a tomini tang 2 clownfish and a red hawk fish.
Should he get a regal angel or a blue face angel?

Tall! I'd install a chiller and turn it into my dream kelp forest biome, complete with garibaldis and urchins. But maybe that's just me.
