Which flow is better for my torch & LPS tank?

Trying to keep my torch @ the very top, and other LPS lower happy. Have been running Option B (20-35) for a week or two now. Which would you run for an LPS only tank? Been going back and forth but don't know what it's supposed to look like, any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

Nero 3, high variance, Fluval 13.5G, return pump set to pulse

Option A: Random, 15-30

Option B: Random, 20-35

Both look good but I'd say b the torch looked a little plumper and long polyp extension

over thinking it and the torch looks happy so i dont think it matters

Thank you both, I really appreciate it! Guess I was over thinking and going about this a little wrong because I was trying to run that rate 24/7 while keeping everyone in the tank happy. Going to try a hourly rotation so there is flow but rest periods too. I couldn't get the right flow for the torch without using super high variance so had extremely short breaks.

Pick one- and let your tank adjust to that! Monitor, and if you have reason to believe your corals are not happy- change the flow and observe- and wait!

If something is not working, you will not be in doubt!
