Which Food Raises Phosphate more?

Does anyone have a definitive answer on which food raises phosphate more?. I haven't had any success but I've read comments saying that frozen contains more and then I'll read that flakes or pellets will add more phosphate. Not sure who to believe so I've continued to feed both. My tank doesn't have any detectable phosphate and I would like to raise it by feeding more. Thanks

Reef roids is well known to increase phosphate.

frozen mysis raised mine quite a bit briefly. That's when I decided to wash the frozen chunks through mesh before adding the shrimp to the tank

I do not think generalized statements are universally true, but it does appear to be widely accepted that Reef Roids is very high in P.

Dosing food grade sodium phosphate will be cheaper than using foods.

Foods are by far the most important source of phosphate in most aquariums. In considering whether sources of phosphate other than foods are important, one must carefully look to the actual amounts involved to determine whether other sources are even worth trying to minimize.

I just read Randy's article. Informative and I was definitely misguided in my assumption about pellets in general.
