Which heater is better?

I have two eheim heater with different design and wondering which is better.

I'm not sure there is a difference. I'm using the 150w and 200w currently. Personally I don't care for them, they don't hold a constant (ie +/-3°) and don't trust them without a controller. That being said I do have one on my qt without a controller and I've watched it long enough to not trust it on anything else.
 
I actually like Eheim Jagers....they have glass twice as thick as all others. The only down side of Eheim's is that they are longer than all others. But here's the important part, regardless of the brand of heaters, run it through a controller. If not one of the fancy reef controllers, consider something like a Ranco.

+1 I run my Finnex element through my Ranco controller which is being powered through my Profilux power bar (contolled by my Profilux Temp program), If one fails I still have backup.
 
The one on the left is 50w and the one on the right is 75w.
If you look carefully, they are both different in not only wattages but also designs. I run them both in my fusion 20 gallons with a controller.

That's the one I use. Temperature has been within a degree variance since I use that one.
