Which iodide is best

My triton test said low I-

So which iodide is best to add to increase it.

Is there are a test kit that is reliable. If I'm going to add, I'd like to test. I use triton testing but because of expense, usually semi annual.

I don't know why iodide would be low, I do 10-15% water changes weekly with Marin tropic pro reef salt

I personally wouldn't bother adding any as I've not seen evidence it is useful, despite dosing it for many years.

That said, I'd recommend dosing an iodide form if you choose to, not Lugols or iodate.
