Both are good reef rock to put in your reef.
Sometimes if you have a local reef club in your city hobbyist offer reef rock/live rock for sale for some good prices close to a $1 per pound sometimes.
Make sure you clean the rock goidby soaking it in bleach water mix and let it dry in the sun for a few days before you cure it.

Thanks Ben. Im not too far from Marco Rocks, if I go that route I rather get rock from him than buying live rock, bleaching it and going through the curing process.
