Which Jebao for a 20g long tank?

Hi guys, I'm planning on getting an extra wavemaker for my 20g long. There's already a 1600gph wavemaker and still, there's a lot of detritus on the rock and the sand bed, so I reckon that I might need more flow.
Corals will only consist of zoanthids and photosynthetic gorgonian, fish will be some basslets and butterflies(CBB and Atlantic long nose if I can get one), also there will be no sand bed.

Any advice?

I feed a lot and there should be a lot of leftover food, and I don't want y CBB to accidentally pick on decayed food and have a bacterial infection, and I'm considering buying a Jebao SCP-70M...
