Which LED light should I go with?

I have AI Prime's which are awesome but I'm still looking at other lights. That Corona does look interesting. There's also the allure of the cheap ebay lights.

I just purchased the reef breeders a month ago. I have been very happy with the light and my corals have responded great. There customer service is amazing as well. The controller is very easy to use.

I have 2 reefbreeder photon V2's and like them a lot. Their customer service is awesome, had an issue with a power adapter and they responded over the weekend and got out the replacement immediately with no charges to me whatsoever.

I had a reefbreeders superlux previously and it was too white for me... Are you guys/gals getting a nice blue color from them?

Yes the blues are great. Also the V2's have 6 channels for better blending.

I just got my V2s and they are great. 6 channels to dial in what you need, real nice blues and shimmer. very satisfied with these lights.

I am currently upgrading my 29 cube to a 75 gallon. I am looking for a light that will cover 4 feet of a sps dominant mixed reef. After researching for the last couple of weeks and taking a look at various local tanks, I believe I have narrowed my search down to a few lights. Here are the choices:

Reef Breeders 48" V2
3 Radion XR15 Pro's
2 Hydra 52 HD's
2 or 3 Sbreef 16" ramping

As I understand it (not very well) all of these lights can put out the same spectrum of light. Except the Reef Breeders does not have the UV. Is there any research that shows UV benefiting coral?? Anyways, I do not need lightning storms or crazy features that some of these lights can do. I just need a light that will grow corals and is pleasing to the eye. So in reality I believe the real choice is between the SBreef and the ReefBreeders unless someone can give me a good reason to go with the radions or hydra52's?

I also have three XR15s and love them. Double check how wide your tank is because you might only need 2.

This is what I have over my RedSea 525XL - which is a 103gal tank that measures ~5ft x 2ft x 18" deep. They are mounted 8" over the surface; Running at 30% intensity (100% on all colors). I get a PAR of around 350 6" below the surface, 200 PAR mid-tank, and 120 PAR on the sand.

About all I can provide is those numbers - sorry. The tank has only been up ~80 days at this point. What coral I do have seems happy enough, for whatever that's worth.

I am extremely happy with my radions. I agree with others that you probably only need 2 of them, after you install the wide angle lens it comes with. I would buy two, check it out, and only add a third if you really feel you need it.

I haven't read every reply so sorry if I repeat but I just switched to the hydra 52 about a month ago and I love it. My corals are growing like crazy and it's so easy to adjust every individual led bulb till you find the mix your reef likes. No complaints at all

I would run the Hydra 26 HD's instead of the 52's. With the size tank you have I would almost say the 52' would be a waste. My tank is 48"L x 18 w x 21 h I am runnig the hydra 26 HD's with plenty of coverage and growth an color far better than I would have thought

depending on budget you can also always look at the new radion g4 pros with their new lenses will be a game changer for ecotech.

I just got two radion g3 pro's two weeks ago awesome...i was lucky enough to buy these slightly used for half the price from my LFS who had them on consignment. What a deal !!! I'm happy i would recommend these light's to anyone.

Love those colors. I see many of the same frags that I have what depth is your tank. I just my put all my frags ( well almost ) on the sand for now
