450nm Royal Blue is all you need.

The Cree XT-E is one of the best.

Been doing frags w LEDs for over 6 years and the RB w a little CW is best for looks and growth.

If you selling the frags bin your Royal blue well as there is a difference in colour pop.

For your setup 36 XT-E Royal Blue and 12 XT-E Cool White with optics will give you the growth.

Years ago I used a 3 watt luxion mix of this over a 110 gal farmers fleet tub to grow frags with great results.

Now the Cree XT-E LEDs are at least 50% brighter using less electricity.

I would DIY to cherry pick the Bins and a solderless build would cost less than an AI and much less than a Radion.

Well, you can get solderless LEDs, a nice heatsink called the MakersLED that has slots to screw LEDs down so you don't need to mess with adhesive (just thermal paste), it has a splash guard and fan and everything included.

Well drivers and wiring don't make sense to me I've looked at the instructions to setup the driver to the dimmer then what volts or ma has to go threw the leds

It's not hard lol. I have also NEVER in my life done anything electrical other than change a lightbulb before. Rapids drivers are all labeled which wire is what and the soldering was a learning curve but I was getting good by the end. If you go solderless then you really don't even need to solder jack. A few wire nuts will do it. I'm telling you from recent first hand DIY noob experience. Get a rapid solderless kit and you will be done easy peezy

Oh their instructions from rapid are pretty easy to follow. Just do exactly as it shows.

What are you referring to when you say Bins?

The Cool White has numerous bins here is a chart. Very few companies specify which one of these bins. The warmer ones closer to 5K have a yellow look the ones closer to 7.5K have a crisp look. there are also variations in intensity.

The Royal Blue also has several different bins with a range of 445-465nm. Their is a noticeable difference in colour pop between these bins.
