For some personal reasons I have had to downgrade most of my equipment and next is going to be the LED's but first I need a replacement. I have been considering The new Tuna Blue Kessil and Maxspects new Razor. Maxspect is looking particularly attractive since they are using newer XT-E with better CRI than most Light manufacturers right now, thats impressive. However, the Kessils seem to be more modular if I ever needed to downgrade or upgrade my tank size, hmmm. Are there more options I should be considering that could light a 120 gallon tank at a reasonable price.

I like the maxspect fixtures. I am running the mazarra p series on my 55 with good results. I really like the razor.

I currently use reeffiltration's 120w 18K fixture. I love it and it's been doing well for my aquarium:

I just ordered a "Value" fixture from ReefBreeders, 40 Cree LED's for $299. I am very anxious to see what it looks like, for a 120, you would probably need 2 of them.

I can not in anyway get away with anything less than a pre fabricated unit. I promised my wife it would still be attractive and she really doesnt want me to get rid of the radion, we shall see.

Apollo lights are really good and have a very high output. Only 300.00 for non dimmable too

Evolutionledlights.com! Ive been running these for over 1 1/2 yrs. and couldnt be happier with them! I ordered from Reefkoi.com

Sunbrite F Series. They make them upto 72" long and price is very good. Also it's full spectrum

DIY all the way. Cheapest and if something breaks should be able to fix. And fairly easy to change out a few bulbs to add more color combos.
