Which light for a 15G~25G tank?

For a new saltwater guy, familiar with freshwater plants and fish needs, what light do I need? I am a bit confused by conflicting advice but, so far think the Aqua Illumination Prime 16HD Reef is a solid choice for a 15G~25G tank with light fish (pair of Clowns and a Wrass) and Clean-Up-Crew. I will get a Bubbletip Anemone sometime soon after the fish.

What "reef" lights are my better options for a small tank?

I run 8-16hds on 3 different systems. They will grow anything.
My 20g and 30g both running 2 16hd's.

Check out the maxpsect jump MJL165
Runs quieter and cooler than the HD prime, comes with a mount, and has better spread.
