Which light is best

I am still learning the halide to led conversion so if you guys could help me that would rock

Which light lights most:
120w reef breeder value led
Or
150w halide 10000k w/ 2x96w actinic pc

I don't have a par meter or access to one locally. The only par around here is the golf course

You'll be happier with the LEDs but for pure lighting power the halide beats 120w LED I believe. However they use LOTS of power and create LOTS of heat. Go led! If you can get 150w+ LED. IMO

I have the LEDs on my tank now and they do great. Its over a 90 and all my corals are doing awesome.

The halide was a recent trade because I can sell equipment pretty quick, if the corals will be happier ill keep it. The Halle would be covering the whole tank front to back with 6 inches on either side, unless i added the LEDs to the halide fixture they won't both fit as much as I'd like to.

Heat is the opposite of my issue with my tank so that's fine of it heats up a bit. The tank has been 72 since October.
