Which Light?

I'm setting up a 5 gallon nano 12"x12"x17"
I may upgrade to a 15 gallon which is 13"x13"x26" but for now the 5 gallon.
I think I already know the answer but which Light should I go with? The Fluval Nano which is a 20 watt and fully controllable without having to buy antlything else and already comes with an arm mount or the Kessil A80? The Kessil seems to be the superior light but more expensive, almost double the cost. If the differences are not too much I would like to go for the Fluval especially for a 5 gallon setup.

I love the kessil lights but to be honest if you want to save some money and go with the fluval that fine, the corals may not have the same amount of growth as with the kessils but I have heard good things about fluval.

Thank you very much Manny. I will most likely upgrade to the Kessil down the road but to keep things a little more wallet friendly and to be able to have the wireless control already built in I am going to go with the Fluval for now. Just ordered it as a matter of fact. Picking up my aquarium tomorrow and just waiting for a few more things to arrive from Amazon on Friday (including the light) and then it's GO TIME! I cannot wait to get this cycle started!

Fluval lights are nice and adequate for soft and lps corals, and even sps if they’re placed high enough. Of course you won’t get the same growth and color as you would with a kessil or other high end lights but for the price the fluvals are good, I have them on a couple tanks and like them. Hope you like yours too

So I decided on a larger tank. Went from a 5g cube to a 15g column. Knowing it's almost double the depth I just ordered the AI Prime 16HD. Sending the Fluval back to Amazon as soon as it arrives. I think I will be very happy with my choice!

the AI prime is a great light, good choice.
