Which one should I choose Neptune or GHL

I see lots of complaints about Neptune Apex Systems.
Has anyone used both Neptune Apex and GHL Proflux 4 controller? If so what was your opinion and which one did you like the best? Which one was easier to program?

I haven't used the GHL but the programming on the neptune comes built in for many basic functions and controls and it's really intuitive to tweak the settings.

Thank you I did search the right topic. But you right excellent thread. I’ve read all 7 pagers and made my mind up. GHL here I come. Neptune has to many problems to deal with and customer service is one of the biggest. It shouldn’t take a week of arguing with tech to get a brain or part replaced. Thank You

I believe I will be selling my apex and buying the ghl also

Same problem here and it's the same problem they said they fixed the first time
