Which overflow option is best?

Hi guys, am building my own 20G Long AIO and wanted to get opinions /suggestions on my overflow box ideas.

Main difference is in the overflow weirs....one of them goes thru the top of the false wall while the other keep the top portion of the wall for rigidity.

Personally, I like the rigidity and have the top intact. If it doesn't work out then you cut the slots later.
