Which overflow should I choose?

After some research a lot of people rave about eshoops overflows, I already have a filled and running reef tank, with a diy overflow that I want to get rid of and upgrade. Lots say to not over do and others say not to under due. Question is what is the best possibly option for a 55 gallon display with a 20 gallon long sump and a jerepet 800gph return. Willing to upgrade my return as well, but I don’t really care to much for the super high turn over. But one thing I really want is silence and lots have said to do the double hosed over flow, and my sump has position for 2 filter socks. What is a good option, if not these in the picture what have you used or would you recommend.

No personal experience, but alot people recommend the Lifereef overflows. I can attest that his skimmers are excellent.
