Which powerhead to use in 29 gal Nano

What is the best powerhead/wave maker in terms of brand and lowest rate of gal/hour for my 29 Gal. The one I have in there now is doing about 600g /H. I need the best recommended powerhead for a nano which will produce water movement but not so much as to have everything fly around. Thanks

I like my jebaeo slw sine wavemaker. Jebaeo can be hit or miss so ai neros are nice if you want to better guarantee quality long term. The slw 20 would be good they have very wide flow so the GPS rating is not very predictive of how "strong" the water movement is
