I've been into reefing and saltwater for years now and haven't really test My parameters myself and with my new tank and setup, I want to get it right all the time now and do it myself. I'm looking for a wide range test kit to check all my levels. Any and all suggestions are appreciated greatly ! Thank you and here's my new 72 bowfront that is now roughly almost a week into its first set up cycle

New tank and sump. Less than week old

If you don't have any problem discerning color changes, I'd have to say Salifert kits. Bang for buck you can't go past them really.
You very rarely hear about a bad batch of Salifert reagents, if ever, unlike some that until you know are bad it's to late for your tank as the numbers have already started to slip. Unless your using a clean room & alcohol wiping vials, trying to get consistent results 3 in row within 30mins is a mission.
Personally I want consistent results long term & I don't need a scientific toy to get them.
If so many people compare other test kits to Salifert, & use Salifert to check if their Hanna is accurate, why not just use the Salifert straight up?
Just my 2 cents worth :)

I'd suggest reviewing this thread before selecting kits:

Skip the API test kits as they are known to be off/wrong.

That's not been my experience. At least for Nitrate, Alkalinity, and Calcium. I haven't used their Ammonia or Nitrite kits in many years but thought they were good enough at the time I used them as well. I would not rely on their pH or PO4 kits at all they are more optimal for freshwater tanks.

That's where it seems ok, wish they would get their salt test more dialed in.
