Which return pump

Hi,

I've got a 470l tank, nearly 400 with the livestock. Today i've a eheim 3000+ with 130cm height to return with a 25mm pipe. Do you think it's enough or i should increase my turn over ? Maybe a 5000L per hour pump would be necessary.
